No appeal in case Dutch bombardment Chora

The Dutch State will not appeal in the court case about the Dutch bombing of a residential complex in Chora in Afghanistan. This took place in 2007, dozens of citizens turned up. “The State will acquiesce in the judgment of the court,” writes Defense Minister Kajsa Ollongren to the House of Representatives.
