1.9 crore people across the country have invested in crypto currency. Coinswitch’s report indicated that 8.8 percent of these crypto investors are from Delhi. Mumbai and Hyderabad have the second largest number of crypto investors in the country after Delhi. Bengaluru is also on the fourth position in the list. 8.3 percent of crypto investors in the country are from Bengaluru.
Pune, Jaipur and Lucknow have the highest number of cryptocurrency investors among cities in the Tier-2 category. At the same time, Coinswitch’s report pointed out that 75 percent of crypto investors in the country are young people. Young people, mainly between the ages of 18 and 35, are most enthusiastic about cryptocurrency.
The report highlights that the cryptocurrencies with the largest number of investors are Ether and Bitcoin, which have large market capitalizations. The cryptocurrency that most people want to invest in is Dogecoin. 11 percent of the total investment value is in DOSHCOIN. Bitcoin (8.5%) and Ethereum (6.4%) followed in second and third place.
