After completing his degree, Allaka Kedareshwara Rao from Seedi village, Patna zone, obtained his BEd degree from Annamalai University. In 1994, he could not get a job in DSC by a small margin. Back in 1998, he wrote the DSC and was shortlisted. But, since the appointments did not take place, they went to this stage waiting for a job.

Kedareshwara Rao, who sells saris on a bicycle to support himself, carefully hid his credentials. Kedareshwara Rao also showed his credentials at a dilapidated house in Seedi village as well as his 1998 DSC exam hall ticket. It is too late for the list to come out from the government. At the age of 55, Kedareshwara Rao will join the job.
