Monica’s tragedy led the producers of ‘Nubeluz’ to make the difficult decision to cancel the beloved children’s program, putting an end to a phenomenon that had entertained thousands of children for more than 4 years.
After this, the hosts Xiomara Xibillé and Almendra Gomelsky continued to tour and the program aired recordings to pay tribute to their deceased colleague, it was only a matter of time before Nubeluz finally lowered the curtain.
This closure not only meant the end of a beloved program, but also a call to reflect on mental health in the entertainment world.
