Nuts are generally soaked
Nuts are generally said to be soaked. There is a particular reason for this. Digestion becomes easier as they are eaten soaked. All the acids and enzyme inhibitors in them are neutralized. Almonds 8-12 hours, Barley 6 hours, Black beans 8-12, Brussels nuts 3, Cashews 2-4, Chickpeas 8, Flax seeds half an hour, Hazelnuts 8-12, Macadamias 2, Pistachios 8, Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seeds 8 Hours, walnuts 4 hours, pecans 6, oatmeal 6, quinoa 4, wheat berries 7 are the nuts and seeds to soak and their times.
In salt water
Those soaked in salt water should be rinsed in clean water before use. It is better to eat them sprouted, i.e. when they are ready to sprout. It prevents digestive problems. Eases digestion.
