Bhubaneswar: Odisha Health Minister Naba Kishore Das, who was critically injured in the firing by an assistant police inspector, succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment at a hospital in a critical condition. This information has been confirmed by the hospital administration that treated him.
Minister Naba Kishore Das had gone to attend an event in Prajaraj Nagar, Jharkuda district. As he got out of the car, Assistant Police Inspector Gopal Das, who was on security duty, fired at the minister’s chest. After he fired four to five times, Minister Naba Kishore Das collapsed and fell down.
