Offensive judge does not think he is biased in the Willem Engel case: “That one tweet was a joke”

In the court of Rotterdam, the challenge chamber met this afternoon to consider Willem Engel’s request to replace the court in his criminal case. The challenged judges do not recognize themselves in Engel’s complaint. A verdict is expected at the end of the day.
