Seventh year be damned! It was supposed to be forever this time…
Oliver (44) and Amira (30) Pocher announced their separation in their podcast “Die Pochers” – after seven years of relationship, almost four of them as a married couple. Their love seemed to stand on solid pillars for a long time. Even if the comedian didn’t want to build a future together with Amira at the beginning.
Mobile phones played an exciting role for Oliver and Amira: the two met through a dating app
Olli and Amira met through the flirting app Tinder and both took it easy and calm. Friends, the Austrian later recounts, warned her about “Olli, the bad finger.” Also Amira’s closest confidant. The TV presenter: “She sent me links with stories about Olli”. Amira met Olli anyway. On the first dates, however, he made it unmistakably clear how he did NOT imagine a future together.
In her podcast “Hey, Amira,” the trained make-up artist said: “From the beginning he said: ‘You, relationship, I’m not in the mood for this relationship shit.'” The busy entertainer isn’t interested in having more children either been a topic. At that time he already had three together with Boris Becker-Ex Alessandra Meyer-Wölden (40).
But Amira seemed to have pressed the right buttons with the German TV star and conquered his heart. Somehow it fit between the two of them. They could laugh together and had a similarly profound and sometimes brutal sense of humour. Amira let Olli be a big child.
The Pochers secretly “rehearsed” their love for each other for almost two years. Without the public. Without flashbulbs, red carpets and a life together in front of the cameras. When they were spotted together, she was “officially there for makeup or as an assistant.”
Only a tiny circle of Pocher’s circle of friends knew how it really was. Amira only spoke to a few friends about Olli.
Suddenly the Pocher women got along very well: Olli with his wife Amira (l.) and his ex, Alessandra (r.), in Munich last year
The entertainer got along well not only with Amira, but also with her brother Hima (32). The two became great friends and traveled the world for sports and concert events. Also for SuperBowl to Los Angeles.

Even in the face of low blows – during the lockdown period, when the Pochers’ house was broken into or their family home was flooded – the two stuck by each other. Two common sons crowned love. Amira also made sure that Olli got along better with his ex-wife Alessandra again. Patchwork vacations together rounded off the Pochers’ family happiness.

But love must have gotten lost somewhere. In the darn seventh year after the first dates on Tinder.
Amira can now be seen as a TV presenter herself. Her Vox show My Mom, Your Dad brings single parents together. By the way, the Pochers want to remain a team in their successful podcast.
Amira and Oliver will definitely have a lot to talk about in the future. They continue to look after their sons together.
