He pointed out that the presidency was keen to prepare the entrances and corridors in the Grand Mosque, open the capacity in expansions and circumambulation roles, and implement the universal access standards initiative to facilitate the performance of worship for all visitors, including persons with disabilities.
He also explained that the chapels are ready with all they need of new editions of the Holy Qur’an of various sizes, which include the regular Qur’an, the university’s Qur’an, the large-sized Qur’an, translations of the meanings of the words of the Holy Qur’an, and Braille Qur’ans for the blind, in addition to facilitated interpretations from the King’s Complex publications. As for the services provided to women, (30) chapels have been equipped, in the northern squares there are (8) chapels, and (6) chapels in the western squares, and the service buildings on the first floor number (2) chapels, and the service buildings on the second floor number (4) chapels, and these efforts are being made progress; In order for female attendees to enjoy a safe devotional environment and a spiritual atmosphere full of reassurance.

It is noteworthy that the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque had allocated (20) thousand points, to distribute more than (40) million liters of blessed Zamzam water during the blessed month of Ramadan, taking into account its presentation in easy and convenient ways using the latest mechanisms and technologies available to ensure its purity according to International standards.
Haidar added that (30) thousand containers of blessed Zamzam water were prepared and distributed throughout the Grand Mosque, in addition to marble mashrabiyas distributed in the interior and exterior spaces, whose quality is guaranteed by a human cadre of (1423) workers; To raise efficiency and enhance quality in providing services.
In addition, the Presidency invests in robotic technology to provide the blessed Zamzam water, and smart vehicles, which number up to (80) smart vehicles, to cover the numerical density in the Grand Mosque, and to provide Zamzam water bottles inside the Mataf dish, and during the holding of scientific lessons, meetings, seminars, and guidance and guidance lectures. The plan will cover funeral sites, the Mukabariya site, sites for people with disabilities, and men’s and women’s chapels. It will provide (250) mobile bags of blessed Zamzam water bottles to be presented to those who go to the ancient house.
