Outer ring road to Rajahmundry .. Center Green signal: MP Bharat

MP Margani Bharat revealed that the Center has sanctioned an outer ring road to Rajahmundry. The road from Rajanagaram to Vemagiri will be constructed. For this, 400 to 500 acres of land will have to be acquired, the MP said. He said the cost of road construction and land acquisition would be borne entirely by the Center. The MP said the Center had issued orders to the effect that there would be no burden on the state government with regard to the Outer Ring Road.

“The government has sanctioned a special grant of Rs 123 crore for Rajahmundry city development and the GO has also released the relevant link,” MP Margani Bharat Ram told reporters here. He said he had given the green signal for the construction of Morampudi and Jonada flyovers in Rajahmundry and would report all the issues along with CM Jagan regarding the development works. He said flyovers were also sanctioned at Undrajavaram and Kaikaram in West Godavari district. Raghuram Krishna Raju was criticized for not working for anything except press meetings.
