New Delhi: External Affairs Minister Jaishankar has said that it is very difficult to negotiate with Pakistan, which promotes cross-border extremism, so it seems unlikely that he will hold bilateral talks with Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto at next week’s SCO meeting in Goa.
The meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization will be held in Goa on May 5. Since Pakistan is a member of this organization, Indian Foreign Minister Jaishankar had invited Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto. Accepting this, Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs had informed that a Pakistani delegation led by Bilawal Bhutto would come to India next week.
