Pakistan. Pakistan’s veteran actor Talat Hussain has passed away. The actor breathed his last on Sunday at the age of 83. Talat Hussain was ill for a long time. He was admitted to a private hospital in Karachi for a few days. He was undergoing treatment there.
Veteran actor Talat Hussain passed away on Sunday after a prolonged illness. Arts Council of Pakistan (ACP) chairman Ahmed Shah confirmed the actor’s death. Ahmed Shah expressed grief over the death of Talat Hussain. He said about the late actor, “An actor like Talat Hussain is born after centuries.”
Many big personalities have expressed grief and paid tribute to Talat Hussain on his demise. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif paid tribute and said, “His services to Pakistani television, theatre, film and radio will always be remembered. The void created by his demise can never be filled.”
Adnan Siddiqui also shared a photo on Instagram paying tribute to the actor and wrote in the caption, “With the demise of Talat Hussain, I feel that I have suffered a personal loss. When I did my first drama Khwabon Ki Zanjeer, he was there for me not only as a co-star but also as a guide.” Even though Talat Hussain was one of the famous personalities of Pakistan, he also had a special connection with India. Delhi was his birthplace. After the partition of India and Pakistan, he shifted to Karachi with his family. There he made a name in the glamour world.
