The new residence of Paolo Guerrero It is valued at more than 1 million dollars and offers a contemporary lifestyle in an exclusive environment. Located in the Las Palmeras del Golf 2 condominium, this modern 700 square meter house presents a design that combines comfort and elegance.
The condominium, known for being the home of mining businessmen and prominent personalities, offers a 24-hour security system and provides great privacy to club forward César Vallejo and his family.

“We have a current rental issue, a forced contract. It had been rented for a little over a year”said Silvia Sánchez, real estate broker for Paolo Guerrero’s first house, which was located in El Palmar, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Trujillo.
