The new residence of Paolo Guerrero It is valued at more than 1 million dollars and offers a contemporary lifestyle in an exclusive environment. Located in the Las Palmeras del Golf 2 condominium, this modern 700 square meter house presents a design that combines comfort and elegance.
The condominium, known for being the home of mining businessmen and prominent personalities, offers a 24-hour security system and provides great privacy to club forward César Vallejo and his family.
The decision to move was made after Guerrero and his family expressed dissatisfaction with their previous residence. Will César Vallejo continue paying rent for Paolo Guerrero’s former house?
Although Paolo and Ana Paula are adjusting to their new home, César Vallejo will have to continue paying the high rent for the former home of the national team in Trujillo. This is because there is still a one-year contract in place.
“We have a current rental issue, a forced contract. It had been rented for a little over a year”said Silvia Sánchez, real estate broker for Paolo Guerrero’s first house, which was located in El Palmar, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Trujillo.
