Parents of Archie (12) catch again: Son is not allowed to go to a palliative institution

The London High Court has rejected a request to transfer 12-year-old brain-dead Archie Battersbee from a hospital to a palliative care facility. The court also prohibits him from traveling abroad for treatment. The family will appeal, ITV News reports.
