“In accordance with the law on the responsible treatment of animals, the citizen was asked to take measures aimed at keeping the boa constrictor in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation, and also to prevent the organization and conduct of events that do not ensure the safety of citizens and the animal,” the ministry said in a statement.
The imperial boa is subject to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered and Prohibited Species of Wild Flora and Fauna. A check will be made.
