Photographer Rajendra Prasad’s death is a tragedy in Tollywood

Renowned cinematographer Rajendra Prasad passed away on Friday. Rajendra Prasad is the brother of serial director Chandra Siddhartha (of Ao Four fame). He worked not only as a cinematographer but also as a director and producer.

Directed by Rajendra Prasad, Nirantaram has been selected for the Cairo Film Festival in Malaysia. It has received many praises. In Hollywood, he directed the films ‘Man Woman and the Mouse’, ‘Resdue – Where the Truth Lies’ and ‘All Lights, No Stars’. He handled cinematography and writing for all the films directed by him.

Rajendra Prasad has served as a cinematographer for many films including ‘Megham’ and ‘Hero’ in Telugu. Rajendra Prasad, who worked in many films in Bollywood as well, settled in Mumbai. Film celebrities mourned his death.
