Piaggio Vehicles launches two new CNG three-wheeler products in Rajasthan

-The new Ape Xtra LDX and Ape Metro are powered by Piaggio’s trusted 230cc, air-cooled, 3-valve CNG engines

Jaipur. Piaggio Vehicles Private Limited (PVPL), a 100 per cent subsidiary of Italian auto major Piaggio Group, is a leading manufacturer of small commercial vehicles in India. It has launched two new CNG three-wheeler products, Ape Xtra LDX (Cargo Vehicle) and Ape Metro (Passenger Vehicle) in the vibrant city of Jaipur. Both these vehicles have been equipped with the new 230cc CNG engine made by Piaggio. It is a lightweight engine made of aluminium, equipped with 3-valve technology. This air cooled and naturally aspirated engine delivers best in class mileage. Also, it offers high grade carrying capacity, low maintenance cost, high pulling power and optimum working efficiency.

The All-New Ape Metro: “Badi Gaadi, Badi Earni”

* It is designed keeping in mind the convenience and comfort of the users. Ape Metro has an open, airy and comfortable passenger seating area, which is 36% larger than all existing small passenger 3 wheelers. This ensures a convenient journey for all.

* The vehicle is powered by the revolutionary Piaggio built 3-valve technology 230 cc engine

* The vehicle is built with great quality. It has a stylish modern dashboard, which is equipped with a dual USB charger. Its design is also very functional.

* Its driver cabin has a lot of space. Also, it comes with dual tone seats, tubeless tires and ample luggage space, providing optimum load and passenger carrying capacity.

* It delivers best in class fuel efficiency i.e. in 1 kg CAG
can run up to 45 kilometers

* Ape Metro is equipped with a 40 liters CNG fuel tank, it is equipped with two fuel efficient variants, LPG and CNG, making it ideal for ferrying passengers to their destinations. There is a lot of fuel savings in running it, due to which the consumers earn more. That’s why it’s a “big earning” engine.

* The vehicle comes with a strong deck of 5.5 feet for excellent carrying capacity. The Ape Xtra LDX is perfect for businesses and individuals looking to move goods effectively.

* It is equipped with the revolutionary and India’s first 230 cc CNG engine made by Piaggio.

* Its grade ability has been increased by 26%, due to which the vehicle can run smoothly on flyovers and hilly terrains. It has a torque of 17.1 Nm, which allows the extra weight to be carried without much effort.

* It offers best-in-class mileage of 40 km/kg in CNG. It gives a maximum speed of 56 kmph, due to which this vehicle can make more trips to bring and carry goods. Its operation cost is also very low.

* It is equipped with tubeless tires for better effectiveness. There is no tension while driving. It also has extra space for the driver to sit comfortably.
