Ajmer. On Friday, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju, BJP Minority Front National President Jamal Siddiqui reached Nizamuddin Aulia Dargah in Delhi with the chadar presented by PM Narendra Modi to Ajmer Dargah. Both of them reached the Dargah around 10 am.
This chadar presented by the PM will be presented at Ajmer Dargah after being taken to Nizamuddin Aulia Dargah. Union Minister Kiren Rijiju made a post on X and wrote, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi (PM Modi) presented the chadar offered on his behalf at Ajmer Sharif Dargah on the Urs of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti. “This gesture reflects his deep respect for India’s rich spiritual heritage and its enduring message of harmony and compassion.”
Haji Salman Chishti, Khadim of Ajmer Dargah and Chairman of Chishti Foundation, welcomed the chadar sent by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that the sheet sent by the Prime Minister is a gift of love… of peace… of unity to the 140 crore countrymen of the country.
Let us tell you that PM Modi has sent this sheet amidst huge protests. Hindu Sena President Vishnu Gupta had yesterday written a letter to the Principal Secretary saying that PM Modi should not send a sheet for Ajmer Dargah. He believed that this would affect the case. Vishnu Gupta wrote that the case is pending in the court and in such a situation, PM Modi should avoid sending the sheet to Ajmer Urs (Ajmer Dargah) as it may affect the case.
