New Delhi: Narendra Modi is the most popular leader in the world, according to a survey by Morning Consult.
Based on the key decisions taken by the leaders of the countries, the international research firm Morning Consult has conducted a study on the influence they have in their respective countries. Various information has been collected through this study which was conducted from March 22 to 28. The polls were conducted online among adults in each country. Based on this, Morning Consult has ranked the list of 22 leaders.
Accordingly, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is at the top with 76 percent support internationally. 76 percent said his results were acceptable. 19 percent said it was not acceptable. 5 percent said they don’t know or don’t want to comment.
In second place is Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Operador. He got 61 percent support. Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has got the third place. He got 55 percent support.
With 53 percent support, Swiss President Alain Perset is in 4th place. US President Joe Biden is ranked 8th. He has got 41 percent support. Canadian President Justin Trudeau has taken the 9th place next to him. 39 percent of people support him and 54 percent of people oppose him.
UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has secured the 10th position with 34 percent support. The 21st place is occupied by French President Emmanuel Macron. He has 22 percent support and 74 percent opposition. South Korean President Yeon Seok-yeol has taken the last place, 22nd. He has 19 percent support and 73 percent opposition.
