About 50,000 families in Russia have applied for child allowances at Post Bank. This was reported by the press service of the financial institution.
“More than 2.6 billion rubles from the state were credited to user accounts. For many, this has become a good financial support, especially on the eve of the new academic year,” the bank noted.
They added that “in a difficult economic period”, as part of supporting families with children, Post Bank provides special conditions for those who receive social benefits on a bank card. The preferential tariff will be activated automatically upon receipt of funds to the account. We are talking about 3% cashback for the purchase of railway tickets, goods in pharmacies and gas stations; on the accrual of up to 9% per annum on the minimum balance of a savings account; about free consultations on legal, social and medical issues. In addition, Post Bank customers can pay for housing and communal services, mobile communications and the Internet, a kindergarten, sections and much more without commission, as well as withdraw up to 10,000 rubles in cash every month from an ATM of any bank without a commission.
You can apply for a benefit in the Post Bank Online mobile application, as well as through a single portal of public services (a verified account is needed), at the MFC and the Pension Fund. In the bank’s mobile application, a one-touch transfer function is available for the details of an account opened with Post Bank for calculating benefits. If the receipt of payment is issued in another bank, it is possible to change it: for this, you also need to apply for a change of account details.
From May 1, low-income families with children aged 8 to 16 inclusive can receive a new monthly social payment. The allowance ranges from 5,000 to 12,000 rubles, depending on the region and the situation in a particular family.
