Precipitation shortage: out of the danger zone after recent rainfall

The precipitation deficit in the Netherlands, after several weeks of regular rainfall, is currently out of the danger zone. However, looking back at the hot summer of 2018 and the dry start to this year, the chance for a record year is not yet lost. The consequences for our economy could then be severe.
