Benefits of Chia Seeds
Chia seeds are rich in fiber. It also contains protein, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B, calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium. So it helps in digestion. It also helps in creating a feeling of fullness in the stomach and in weight control.
Similarly, chia seeds contain omega-3 fatty acid. It is also good for skin health as it contains antioxidants. Also, it helps in bone health.
Yogurt and chia seeds
Yogurt is very good for digestion. You can get all the health benefits of yogurt if consumed in moderation. Most of the curds are prepared by boiling rice. Dieters can have a cup of rice in the afternoon. A cup of rice taken like this should be cooked well and turned into ink. Add curd to it.
Also add curry leaves, pomegranate and nuts and mix well. It is good to add a teaspoon of soaked chia seeds to it. Add enough chia seeds to some water to soak the chia seeds and leave for 15 minutes. It will digest well and at this point you can scoop it out of the water and add it to your desired food.
Chia seeds salad
You can make a variety of salad dressings by adding chia seeds. You can add vegetables of your choice. It is good to add cucumber as well as tomato, broccoli, corn, pomegranate and some soaked chia seeds in it. Similarly, adding olive oil, curd and Italian spices to these vegetables and adding them to the mix is good for health. It helps provide the benefits of chia seeds, as well as yogurt and olive oil.
Chia seeds pudding
A good pudding can be prepared with chia seeds. For this, add some chia seeds to the oat milk the day before. Add nuts and mix. You can keep it well sealed and eat it the next day. Or mix oats and chia seeds in milk and seal it. You can eat it the next day. Nuts and fruits of your choice can be added to this if desired.
Generally when we prepare juice, the presence of fiber in fruits is lost. To eliminate this, it is good to add chia seeds to it. Chia seeds should be soaked and added. Also be careful not to add more than a teaspoon. Consuming too much of chia seeds can lead to health problems.
