LG VK Saxena on Friday (October 27) approved the proposal to terminate the services of Civil Defense Volunteers (CDV) from November 1. After which the Kejriwal government has said that it will go to the Supreme Court against the decision.
Actually, this development has come a few hours after CM Kejriwal ordered Home Minister Kailash Gehlot to appoint Civil Defense Volunteers (CDV) as home guards and prepare a plan to take up the job of bus marshal.
Kejriwal should consider recruiting CDV as home guard.
An official of the LG Secretariat said that while approving the proposal to end illegal recruitment and deployment of CDVs, the LG has also expressed concern. CM has been directed that CDVs who lost their jobs in the process should be considered for appointment as Home Guards. The LG also raised the issue of CDVs not receiving salaries for the last six to seven months and their dissatisfaction over this. Has expressed. The file related to the matter was sent to him, whereas the Minister and the Chief Minister were fully capable of taking a decision on it.

LG office accuses government of spreading lies
On the other hand, sources in the LG office, while talking to news agency PTI, have accused the AAP government of spreading lies and sharing misleading information. A source said that the proposal to dismiss the CDV was sent by CM Arvind Kejriwal to the LG office, which was approved by the LG. Will Delhi government go to Supreme Court against CM?
