Those from 15 Arab countries will be able to enter the country through expedited entry procedures. These are the newly announced categories. The new visas are based on citizenship, residency and other international visas held. The newly announced categories are those who are not eligible for visa on arrival and visa free entry, residents of GCC countries and those who have visa or residency in Schengen countries – UK – Canada – New Zealand – US
All professionals from GCC countries will be granted visa so Indians living in GCC can easily come to Qatar. The duration of the visa depends on the country of origin.
The normal visa duration is 30 days. Visa application will be answered within 48 hours. It has been decided to continue the current method of On Arrival Visa, Qatar grants On Arrival Visa to 95 nationalities.
