Qatar has topped the index for the fifth consecutive year. The list has been released including 163 countries.
Last year, Qatar was at the 29th position. Headquartered in Sydney, the firm also has centers in various countries, including New York. Qatar ranks ninth in the global peace index and first in the Arab world.

Universities are a place where innovative experiments are conducted. Qatar has now launched a mobile library of knowledge and wisdom. The aim of the library is to reach people who want to read. It is designed to run on solar energy in a way that does not harm the environment. This library can run for six hours and carry 200 books on a full solar charge.
The aim is to promote eco-friendly libraries. Another objective is to inculcate the culture of reading and provide access to more books to students and teachers. The project reflects the university’s commitment to promoting the environmental sustainability of Qatar’s National Development Vision 2030.
