The victim phoned his family members and told them that they had lodged a complaint directly with the Telangana Medical Department. With this, DME Ramesh Reddy came to Warangal KCMC and inquired about the ragging incident. KMC principal Mohandas said the ragging students had apologized to the victim and the controversy was over. However, it seems that the parents of the victim student did not calm down with apologies. It is learned that they have now reached Warangal and are seeking more details on the incident.

KMC students are concerned over the incident. Other students say that the issue came out due to the political background of the affected student. The junior students want the management and authorities to take this seriously and protect themselves from the seniors. Student groups are demanding that the government take a firm stand against the raging demon that has claimed the lives of many students in the past.
