Rahul Gandhi, who went on a tour of Wayanad, reached Coimbatore on Saturday. Will go to his parliamentary constituency from here.
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi left for Wayanad from Delhi on Saturday. He reached Coimbatore at 9:30 am. Will go to Wayanad from here. Rahul will stay in his parliamentary constituency for two days i.e. 12 and 13 August.
Rahul will also address a public meeting here. This is Rahul’s first visit to Wayanad after being reinstated as an MP. Congress General Secretary KC Venugopal had informed about Rahul Gandhi’s visit.
He told that the people of Wayanad are very happy that democracy has won. His voice has returned to Parliament, Rahul is not just his MP but a member of the family.

Earlier, Rahul Gandhi went to Wayanad on April 10, 2023, 16 days after going to Parliament. Then he had said in a public meeting here – My membership of Parliament has been taken away.
