Ministry of Education has given holiday to all private and public schools in North East. Plaintiffs have flocked to Mudaibi, Ibra and Al Khabel. It did not rain in the morning in the city of Muscat. But there was heavy rain here yesterday evening. According to a note issued by the Civil Aviation Authority, heavy rain will continue till Wednesday. Muscat, Musandam, South-North Bathina, Dahira, Buraimi, South-North Sharqiya, Dakhiliya, etc. will all receive rain. It is reported that 10 to 100 mm of rain may be received in all those places.

Those crossing the plains should take special care. Going to low places and walking in mud should be reduced. Instructions issued by the Civil Aviation Authority should be followed.
