Mumbai The Maharashtra Cyber Cell has now issued a second summons in the case of objectionable copy of YouTuber Ranveer Allahabadia (Ranveer Allahabadia), in the episode of ‘India’s Got Latent’. This summons has been released with the show’s maker, host and comedian time with Raina. The comedian has been asked to appear before the investigating officers on 17 February.
Earlier on Wednesday, Time Raina’s counsel had informed the cyber cell that comedians are currently in the US and will return on March 17. Let me tell you that recently Time Raina said through social media posts that he has deleted all his videos. Time is busy with his US and Canada tour these days. The tour, which started in Dallas from 6 February, was to end in Chicago on 2 March.
However, when summons has been issued against time, they will have to cancel their tour and return to the country. If Raina (Samay Raina), according to Saman, did not return the country by canceling his tour or he did not get relief from the court, then in such a situation the process of issuing arrest warrant against him may begin.
Meanwhile, Assam Police has also sent summons to YouTuber Ranveer Allahabadia and Ashish Chanchalani. According to a senior official official of the Assam Police, summons has also been issued against Jaspreet Singh, Apoorva Makhija and Samay Raina, who were present in this episode of the show. The Mumbai Police has also interrogated Arpuva in this case. On Wednesday, Apoorva and Ranveer’s manager also appeared before the Mumbai Police.
