Anushka, who played the role of chef Anvita Ravali Shetty in the film, started the campaign of the film titled ‘Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty Recipe Challenge’. As a part of this challenge, he revealed how to make his favorite dishes Mangalore Chicken Curry and Mangalore Special Neer Dosa recipe through his social media account.
Anushka revealed about her two favorite dishes. Sweety then threw this challenge to rebel star Prabhas. Everyone knows that Prabhas is a big foodie. He is also a carnivore. Required:
Turmeric powder – half spoon
Chilli – 3 to 4 tsp
Salt – one and a half spoon
Oil – 200 ml.
Mustard – 1 tbsp
Fenugreek – half spoon
Groundnut – 1 tbsp
Onions – 2
Tomatoes – 2
Green Chillies – 2
Raw Mango – 1
Tamarind – 150 grams
Fish – 1 kgMethod of Preparation:
Put a pan on the stove and add 200 ml. Pour oil. When the oil boils a little, add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, mint leaves, onion slices, tomato slices, green chillies and curry leaves and fry for 5 to 10 minutes. After that add raw mango, turmeric powder, chilli, salt and tamarind juice. Cook this amount for 5 minutes. Then add fish pieces and cook for 20 minutes. Fish soup is ready!
