Ayodhya: UP Sri Ramjanma Bhoomi Tirtha Shetra Foundation Secretary Sampath Roy, who is carrying out the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya, said yesterday that: More than 550 workers are working in 2 shifts daily to complete the construction work quickly. The work on the first floor of the temple will be completed by 2023.
Between December 21 and Makara Sankranti in 2024, the Ram idol will be consecrated in the temple. The work will be completed by next January 1 or January 14. The temple will be opened for devotees after the consecration of the Ram idol. As per the current status, 60 percent work on the temple has been completed.
2 idols of Rama will be placed in the temple. The statue of Ram Lalla, who was blinded in 1949, will be consecrated here. The other will be a very large Rama statue. This is what he said.
