New Delhi: The Kumbabhishekam of the grand Ram temple to be built in Ayodhya is scheduled to take place on January 22.
Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) plans to celebrate this not only in India but also abroad. VHP plans to bring together Hindus in 55 countries on Ayodhya Kumbabhishek. A prayer program will also be held at the time of the Kumbabhishek rituals. According to Swami Vigyanand, Joint General Secretary of VHP, “VHP volunteers go to the areas where Hindus live in foreign countries and ask them to gather for the event in the nearby temple. Where there is no temple, people are asked to gather in the open.
This information is also carried to Hindus through car rallies. Hindus gather before the Kumbabhishek ceremony on January 22. The Ayodhya Kumbabhishek ceremony will be broadcast live through LED screens at all venues. There is great enthusiasm among the diaspora for this event. Converts to Hinduism will also attend this event. We did not expect such a big response from Hindus,” he said.
