Tirumala: Devasthanam Chief Administrative Officer (in-charge) Dharma Reddy heard the grievances from the devotees over phone at Tirumalai Annamaiyya Bhavan yesterday from 9 am to 10 am. In this, 30 devotees reported their grievances and grievances to the officer.
Then Dasaratha Ramaiah, a devotee from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, said that all the facilities needed by the devotees in Tirumala are very good. But, only the Lattu Prasadam is a bit too sweet. Diabetics like me cannot eat Ladtu Prasad. Therefore, he requested that it would be good if the Devasthanam made it possible for diabetics to eat Lattu Prasad too.
Officer Dharma Reddy replied that a decision will be taken after consulting to prepare and provide it separately for diabetic patients.
According to a devotee from Tirupati, the devasthanam authorities, staff and wari seva people hurriedly push away the devotees who come to see Swami from several miles away when they come near Garbhakrigam. They have no patience. When asked about this, they arrogantly reply, “Complain to anyone you want”. He requested that action should be taken in this regard. We have warned many times not to leave the devotees behind. However, it is sad that some people behave like that. Dharma said that they will be warned again about this.
