The Madinah Development Authority announced the resumption of public transportation service within the “Madina Buses” project, starting today, Saturday, the second day of Eid Al-Fitr, to provide service to beneficiaries, between six in the morning until ten in the evening daily.
Five tracks have been identified, including 98 stations covering all parts of Madinah, to provide public transportation service to beneficiaries by equipped buses to several destinations within Madinah, and they include the track of the “Al-Haramain Train – the Prophet’s Mosque” track, and it includes 3 stations along the track, to which the bus arrives every 60 minutes to provide the service. .
And the path of “Prince Muhammad bin Abdulaziz Airport – The Prophet’s Mosque”, which has two stations that provide service every 30 minutes, and the path of “Taibah University – Al-Alia Mall”, and the path includes 34 stations that operate every 15 minutes to transport beneficiaries in several neighborhoods, and the “Meeqat – Al-Khalidiyah” path, which includes 38 stations The bus arrives every 15 minutes, and the “Al-Qaswaa – Sayyid Al-Shuhada” route includes 21 stations, with a rate of trains every 20 minutes to transport beneficiaries across the track, according to the Saudi Press Agency, “SPA”.
The “Madina Bus” project aims to provide transportation services for people to several destinations throughout the city of Medina within a few minutes. , in partnership with the service of the “Frequency Transmission” project, which was stopped on the first of Shawwal after the Eid prayer, after the completion of its services, which benefited about 1.3 million beneficiaries during the month of Ramadan.
