Rocksteady has issued a statement regretting the leaks about his next game, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.
The British studio has been fighting leaks since the alpha last November, but in recent days even more sensitive information has been published on forums and social networks (which, obviously, we will not reproduce here), including characters whose appearance had not yet been confirmed or advanced plot details.
The company, known for its work on the Batman Arkham saga (they developed Asylum, City and Knight), explained on Twitter that “we are eager for players to experience the story we have created in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League when the game launches.” release next year. We hope everyone can play the game and feel every movement of the narrative for themselves.”
“It’s very disappointing to see details being shared before the game’s release, so we can only ask that you try to avoid spoilers where you can. And please try not to affect other players’ enjoyment by posting spoilers.”
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has had a rather stormy development over the course of a few years, suffering several delays and some controversy among users due to the online focus of some of its features. If nothing goes wrong at the last minute, the game will be published for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC on February 2, 2024, from Warner Bros. Games.
