The Roshan Group, the Saudi real estate developer, and one of the major projects of the Public Investment Fund, announced the establishment of the “Warfa” residential project, which is its second project in the capital, Riyadh.
The new project is located in the Janadriyah district, east of the city of Riyadh, and follows in its design the foundations and principles of planning, design and specifications of the Roshan residential communities around the Kingdom.
Roshan Group CEO David Grover said: “With the continued success of Roshan, one of the major projects of the Public Investment Fund, in building the future of human societies throughout the Kingdom, we are now heading to eastern Riyadh to announce our new community, Warfa,” according to the Saudi Press Agency. The area of the “Warefeh” project is estimated at 1.4 million square meters, and it is planned to build more than two thousand housing units on the project’s land to accommodate approximately 13 thousand people, in addition to public facilities such as commercial and service centers, health and educational facilities, mosques, squares and public parks that Its total area is 160,000 square meters, which will contribute to raising the percentage of green spaces in the city and improving the quality of life for residents.
The “Warfa” housing project is the second “Roshan” project in Riyadh, after its first project, “Sidra”.
