Kolkata: The Income Tax Department raided the Murshidabad house, office and associated places of West Bengal Trinamool Congress MLA and former minister Zakir Hussain.
In this raid which was held from Wednesday evening to Thursday morning, the Income Tax Department officials seized Rs.11 crore.
Income tax department officials said that MLA Zakir Hussain is being investigated as to whether this is the money shown in the account.
