Russians on the run with armored off-road vehicles from international observers

Russian authorities in the Donbas region have seized at least 50 armored off-road vehicles abandoned by international observers from the OSCE. There are fears that Russian troops or fighters affiliated with them will deploy the vehicles at the front.
