Rutte: No 500 euros extra for middle class, technically too difficult

The cabinet will no longer allocate extra money this year to support the purchasing power of millions of Dutch people. The idea was to give the middle class an ass by donating 500 euros to everyone who receives health care benefits, at least 4.5 million Dutch people.
