Cape Town: Indian fast bowlers have bowled out South Africa for 55 runs in the first innings of the second Test. Indian player Mohammad Siraj bowled tremendously and took 6 wickets.
The Indian cricket team is touring South Africa. South Africa won the first Test of the 2-Test series at Centurion by an innings and 32 runs. With this, the team takes a 1-0 lead in the series. In this case, both the teams started the last and 2nd Test match in Cape Town today.
South African captain Dean Elgar won the toss and elected to bat first. Jadeja replaced Ashwin and Mukesh Kumar replaced Shardul Thakur in the Indian team. Accordingly, the South African team lost successive wickets within a few minutes of the start of the game. South Africa’s leading batsmen were unsteady, particularly with Mohammad Siraj’s fast bowling.

Thus, the South African team lost 7 wickets for 45 runs. Siraj bowled only 9 overs and gave away only 15 runs and lost 6 wickets. Mukesh Kumar who came to bowl after this took a wicket in his first over and was amazing. Bumrah took care of Nandre Barkar before Mukesh Kumar dismissed Keshav Maharaj for 3 runs. Nandre was dismissed for 4 runs.
Mukesh Kumar took Rabada’s wicket as the last wicket. As a result, the South African team lost all their wickets for 55 runs. South Africa’s innings ended before the lunch break. The team faced only 23.2 overs.
