Al -Battat football club player, Saeed Jumaa, confirmed that the family’s woman is one of the important things for him in the month of Ramadan, and that besides football, he greatly loves to play the volleyball game, especially in the blessed month, and that the “lattimat” is one of his favorite foods in Ramadan, especially when his mother prepares it at home.
Saeed Jumaa said, in his interview with «Emirates Today», that he has specific rituals he does during the month of Ramadan: “After eating breakfast and performing the prayers of Morocco, dinner and Tarawih, I go to the club to perform the exercises, if there are group exercises for the team, and if there is no exercise, I take advantage of my time to play the volleyball game that is an essential thing for me during the blessed month, if I find enough time to practice it.”
Jumaa added: “One of the important things that I am also keen in Ramadan is to exercise running before breakfast, even for 15 minutes.”
Saeed Jumaa (26 years old) is one of the basic elements in the defense of Al -Battah, as he played with the team until the 18th round of the ADNOC Professional League, that is, he appeared in all matches so far, including 15 basic games in the squad, and the minutes of play he played with Al -Battah reached 1307 minutes.
Jumaa considered that “the performance of Al-Battah has evolved since the leadership of coach Farhad Majidi to him, as he beat two large teams, namely Al-Wahda 2-0 in round 13, and Sharjah within round 17.”
He said, “We wereted four important points in the Al-Battah team, in a draw with Dibba Al-Hosn 2-2 in round 16, as well as a draw with Kalba without goals in round 18, and these two matches were defensive closed, but I reassure the team’s fans that the next is better for the regulations.”
He continued, “put the team in the 12th place in the league rankings with 16 points, is not reassuring, so we are keen as players to get more points during the upcoming matches, and seek as much as possible to stay away from the dangerous area in the league, and reach the warm area.”
Jumaa said: “We will seek during the next matches to provide the best of what we have as players, and we will focus this season a lot on the team’s departure from the dangerous area, but in the next season our ambitions will increase in search of reaching a better position.”
