Actress Saida Sharaf filed a complaint against Moroccan blogger Maryam Al-Issawi, known as “Mimi,” accusing her of cursing, cursing, and slandering while defending the artist, Dounia Batma.
Sharaf stated during her presence yesterday, Wednesday, in the Court of Appeal in Al-Bayda, that her children, her country, and her deceased mother are considered a red line, and that she will sue anyone who tried to insult them and her family.
The dispute between Saeeda Sharaf and “Mimi” began after the arrest of the controversial singer, Dounia Batma, as the latter insulted her and her children, which prompted her to knock on the door of the judiciary to put an end to the abuse she is being subjected to by some.
The news of Dounia Batma’s arrest caused great sadness among her Moroccan artist and celebrity friends, many of whom expressed their solidarity and support with her in the ordeal she is going through.
It is noteworthy that the judicial police arrested Dounia Batma last Wednesday in a neighborhood in the city of Casablanca, after the Attorney General of the King at the Court of Appeal in Marrakesh ordered her arrest in order to implement the prison sentence issued against her.
