Sukumar’s disciple Karthik Varma made his directorial debut with a film produced by BVSN Prasad under SVCC, Sukumar Writings banner. And this ‘Virupaksha’ was made as a mystical thriller.. The director scored a blockbuster hit with the first film. On the other hand, this is the fourth consecutive win for heroine Samyukta Menon. On this occasion, he gave an update about the ‘Virupaksha’ sequel.

Sai Dharam Tej also confirmed the same in a Twitter interaction.

Teju replied to a question asked by a fan saying, ‘If there is a part 2, our fans will be happy.’ He confirmed, ‘Yes, we gave you a hint.’ In fact, a story like ‘Virupaksha’ is likely to have an extension.
