According to a report by Gizmochina, the support page for the Samsung Galaxy Discover 7 smartphone is live in India. The report mentions that this smartphone model SM-G556B has received BIS certification in India. This hints that the company may soon launch the Galaxy Xcover 7 smartphone in the country.
The smartphone sports a 6.6-inch FHD Plus display with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels. The display also includes wet touch and glow mode functionality and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus Plus layer.
This rugged smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chipset. It comes with a 4,050 mAh battery pack. Also, it offers ample storage space with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB internal capacity. The storage can be expanded up to 1 TB using a microSD card.
