Union Minister Kishan Reddy made key comments that after the independence of the country.. then those who were Rajakars became MIM. If any party is in power.. they are keeping that party in secret.. they are trampling on history. Union Minister Kishan Reddy announced that Hyderabad Liberation Day will be officially organized by the central government on September 17. He said that celebrations will be organized throughout the year under the auspices of the Central Department of Culture to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the state of Hyderabad.
Kishan Reddy said that Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be the chief guest at the inaugural program to be held on September 17 at Hyderabad Parade Grounds. Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Telangana Chief Minister KCR have been invited for these celebrations. Kishan Reddy commented that the people of Hyderabad state faced many difficulties during the Nizam’s administration.
India got independence on 15 August 1947. But.. Kishan Reddy said that the people of Nizam’s institution did not get freedom then. He said that Nizam refused to meet in India. He said that Nizam made efforts to meet in Pakistan. Then it was explained that 8 districts in Telangana, 3 districts in Karnataka and 5 districts in Maharashtra would continue to be Hyderabad under the rule of the Nizam.
