Satyendar Jain returned from Safdarjung Hospital to Tihar Jail: He had a spinal problem, Kejriwal said – God will not forgive the tyrannical BJP

Aam Aadmi Party leader Satyendar Jain, lodged in Tihar Jail in a money laundering case, was taken to Safdarjung Hospital by the Delhi Police on Monday. Where the doctors of Neurosurgery OPD told that he was brought here due to spinal problem.

Satyendra was also taken to Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital on Saturday, but he wanted a second opinion, so the police brought him to Safdarjung on Monday. Tihar policemen took them back after investigation.

Satyendra Jain is in custody since 31 May 2022. On April 6, after the bail plea was rejected by the Delhi High Court, he appealed to the Supreme Court.

The lawyer had given information about his health in the Supreme Court Satyendar Jain’s lawyer Abhishek M Singhvi had cited Satyendar Jain’s deteriorating health during the hearing in the Supreme Court. Singhvi had said that the man has become a skeleton, he has lost 35 kilos in jail. His health is continuously deteriorating and his case is at number 416 on the waiting list.

Kejriwal said – I pray to God for Satyendra’s better health

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal tweeted- ,I pray to God for the better health of Satyendar Jain ji. The people of Delhi and the country are watching this arrogance and oppression of the BJP government very well. Even God will never forgive these oppressors. The public is with us in this struggle, God is with us, we are the disciples of Sardar Bhagat Singh ji. Our fight against oppression, injustice and dictatorship will continue.

Jain’s case may be heard in the vacation bench
Summer vacations have started in the Supreme Court. Jain’s lawyer had said that he should be given the exemption of hearing in the vacation bench. On this, the Supreme Court had given him permission to go to the vacation bench. A bench of Justices AS Bopanna and Hima Kohli issued a notice to the ED on Satyendra’s plea in the money laundering case, seeking its response.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had launched a money-laundering probe against Jain on August 24, 2017, on the basis of an FIR lodged by the CBI. From February 14, 2015 to May 31, 2017, Satyendar Jain had purchased movable properties in the name of several persons. For which they could not give a satisfactory account. Along with him, a case was also registered against Poonam Jain, Ajit Prasad Jain, Sanil Kumar Jain, Vaibhav Jain and Ankush Jain.
