The team of the historical epic film “Antarah” is preparing to begin filming its events among the natural landscapes of the “NEOM” region, led by the world-famous director Simon West, who has a record of distinguished artistic works. The film was co-produced by writer and producer Alexander Amartey, and Stuart Sutherland from the company. Celtic Arabia also recently participated in the production of the film Kandahar starring Gerard Butler, which was filmed in Saudi Arabia.
It is scheduled that preparations for the actual filming of the film’s events will begin in “NEOM” in early 2024 for a period of 12 weeks. , reality TV programmes, documentaries and advertisements, in addition to providing “NEOM” with state-of-the-art world-class sound studios, production support facilities, talent and professional crews.
Filming of the movie Antara begins
The film’s team will be based in the desert studios in Jeddah, a center for conducting filming and production work, taking advantage of its exceptional location, which provides producers with the opportunity to film in areas of stunning natural beauty within NEOM, in addition to its international sound studios that use the latest technologies in production. The film will also benefit from the scenery. The captivating nature of the coast of NEOM and its 468 km long beaches, which is one of the prominent geographical features in NEOM.
