If you have received two doses of the vaccine, you should have a negative result of the PCR test done within 48 hours before departure. Upon arrival in Saudi Arabia, the quarantine must be completed within seven days. The PCR test should be repeated seven days later. It can only be released if it is negative. Or again remain in isolate until the 14th day.
If you have not yet received the vaccine, or have been vaccinated a few days before the trip, you should have a negative PCR result of less than 48 hours. They should be quarantined for 10 days. Re-test after 10 days PCR test result should be released only after negative. Or another 14 days of quarantine,

Saudi Arabia has included India in its list of countries without quarantine travel. Apart from India, Indonesia and Japan are also on the list of those who can travel without quarantine for vaccinated travelers. They do not require a quarantine but must have a PCR test result and a certificate of vaccination. Once in the country, they have to spend seven days under self-monitoring.
