Saudi Foreign Ministry: We condemn the tearing up of copies of the Qur’an in The Hague

The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom’s strong condemnation and denunciation of an extremist group tearing up copies of the Holy Qur’an in front of a number of embassies in The Hague.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the Kingdom’s complete rejection of such hateful and repeated acts that cannot be accepted with any justifications. They clearly incite hatred, exclusion, and racism, and directly contradict international efforts seeking to spread the values ​​of tolerance, moderation, and rejection of extremism, and undermine the necessary mutual respect for relations between peoples and countries.
