Schiphol can no longer control crowds: ‘Failed to take measures in time’

Schiphol is no longer able to control the crowds at the airport. The airport expects major problems again this week, especially next weekend. But the crowds crisis, caused by major staff shortages, will not be over before the summer holidays either.
